The Advanced Vocational Training in Physical Conditioning is an official qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, lasting two years (2,000 hours).
By obtaining the Advanced Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF) diploma, you will be prepared to plan and lead physical and sports activities tailored to each person’s characteristics, needs, and goals.

You will be able to work in gyms, sports centers, fitness clubs, or similar facilities, performing roles such as personal trainer, fitness coach, group activity instructor, or aquatic instructor.

Additionally, you will gain the necessary knowledge to design training programs for groups of different ages, adapting them to their fitness level and health condition.

  1. Assessment of physical condition and accident intervention
  2. Fitness in multipurpose training rooms
  3. Digitalisation applied to productive sectors
  4. Basic physical conditioning activities with musical support
  5. Intermodular project in physical conditioning
  6. Social skills
  7. Aquatic physical conditioning
  8. Sustainability applied to the productive system
  9. Specialized physical conditioning activities with musical support
  10. Personal employability path I and II
  11. Optional professional module (depending on the Autonomous Community)
  12. Hydro-kinesia techniques
  13. Postural control, well-being, and functional maintenance

     

    Includes a workplace training period in a company or equivalent organization as an integrated part of the curriculum.

  • Instructor of guided activities (with or without music)
  • Sports instructor
  • Fitness coach
  • Instructor of pool activities (with or without music)
  • Trainer for people with functional diversity, seniors, or other groups
  • Coordinator of activities in fitness and wellness centers

Admission Requirements

No minimum grade is required, but you must have one of the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Bachillerato, BUP, COU or equivalent)
  • Higher Technician Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate
  • Higher Vocational Training Access Exam
  • University Entrance Exam
