Our Spanish programme for school groups offers customisable content and over 50 activities and excursions to choose from. At the Instituto Hispánico de Murcia, we believe that learning should be fun, so we design our activities to engage students and teach them effectively. From cooking workshops and flamenco classes to guided visits to historical monuments in the city of Murcia and outdoor activities, we have something for every school group.

Additionally, our programs adapt to the specific needs and levels of each group, so you can be sure that you are receiving the personalised education you need to succeed in the language. Prior to the group’s arrival, we will have a conversation with the responsible person or monitor of the school group and design a program of Spanish classes and activities according to the group’s preferences and budget.
At the Instituto Hispánico de Murcia, we offer a wide variety of activities to complement our Spanish programs for groups. These activities are designed to provide students with a total immersion experience in Spanish culture, allowing them to improve their Spanish in a fun and effective way. Some of the activities we offer include – remember that we have more than 50 activities and excursions:
- Guided tours of historical and cultural places of interest in Murcia and its surroundings.
- Spanish cooking classes, where students can learn to cook traditional Spanish dishes and, at the same time, practice their Spanish.
- Excursions to natural places such as mountains, beaches, and natural parks, to enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
- Sporting activities such as football, basketball, swimming, … allowing students to interact with other students while improving their Spanish and staying active.
- Tapas nights where you will experience Spanish culture in an authentic way while trying different tapas – many of them suitable for vegetarians and vegans – and local drinks.

These are just some of the activities we offer at the Instituto Hispánico de Murcia. All our activities are designed to provide students with an authentic experience in Spanish culture, allowing them to improve their Spanish and enjoy their time in Murcia. Additionally, our activities are an excellent way to meet other students and make lifelong friendships.
On the other hand, if you are a native Russian speaker interested in learning Spanish, we also have the perfect course for you! Our initial Spanish course specifically for Russian speakers will help you adapt to the Spanish language and culture in no time. In addition to standard Spanish lessons, this course includes activities for total immersion in Spanish culture. You will be able to experience authentic Spanish life while immersing yourself in culinary traditions, arts and music.
If you are an educator or teacher in Italy, we can organise a Spanish program to be approved as an Italian PON educational project to help you obtain the necessary certification and come to Murcia with your students and enjoy an authentic cultural and linguistic immersion. This program focuses on developing linguistic, cultural, and pedagogical skills so that you too can provide your students with a quality education in Spanish.
What are the prices for these programs?
The price of our Spanish programs for groups varies depending on the specific program, duration, and number of students in the group. However, we can provide some examples of prices for our Spanish programs for groups:
- A Spanish program for school groups, which includes half-board accommodation, personalised Spanish classes, and cultural activities, can have a price starting from 390 euros per student per week, based on a group of 20 students during a 2-week stay.
- Our specific beginner Spanish course for Russian speakers, which includes personalised Spanish classes, cultural activities and excursions, and does not include accommodation, has a price of 1200 euros per student per week.
- A program for an Italian PON educational project can have a price starting from 900 euros per student, based on a group of 20 students during a 2-week stay.
