Is it mandatory to take your language test before starting a course?
It will provide very useful information about you and your specific needs.
Can I take a free class before starting the course?
Sure! We offer free classes for new students via Zoom or Anymeeting every Friday at 12:00 h (UTC +1). This service is subject to availability.
What is the minimum age to study?
You’re all welcome.
Do I have to know Spanish before starting?
Of course not. We offer courses from true beginners to advanced students.
How many students are there per class?
Minimum 3 and maximum 12.
If I miss a class, can I make it up sometime later?
Missed lessons cannot be made up, except individual classes if notified 24 hours in advance. To get more details about our cancellation policy click here.
If I take individual lessons, can I choose my schedule?
You can do it according to our teachers’ availability.
Can I put a course on hold?
Yes, but you won’t be able to attend group classes again.
Will I get an attendance certificate?
Yes, at the end of the course as long as you have attended 80% of your classes.
Will classes be provided in Spanish?
Of course!
Are teachers native speakers?
Yes, and they speak other languages too.
Will I have to buy any books?
Yes, by paying €37 you will get a textbook with a CD and a workbook to practice back home.
Can I take online classes?
Yes, we offer individual and group online lessons all-year around.
What happens if the internet connection fails during an online class?
If the connection fails on our side for any unforeseen reason, don’t worry! We will postpone the class to another time that is convenient for you. If the failure is on your side, the class cannot be made up.
Can I take different courses at the same time?
Of course! You can choose the combination that best suits your needs. Check all our courses in our website.
Can I take a language test at the end of the course?
Sure! You can directly ask your teachers.
Do you offer DELE exam preparation courses?
Yes, we do. Ask for more details.

Where is the school located and how can I get there?
Right in the city center and by the University area, well connected by public transport.
What are the school’s opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30-13:30 and 17:30-20:30, except on Fridays as we only open in the morning. On weekends we go to the beach!

What about a health insurance?
We always recommend getting health and travel insurance before leaving home. Remember our students are covered with an accident and liability insurance. We provide students with healthcare coverage through the company DKV. The purchase of such an insurance is not mandatory.
The insurance includes all medical services, excluding treatment of any chronic disease previously contracted, dental treatment and medications. Nevertheless, our students are duly accompanied and/or assisted throughout the management of all the issues related to the Spanish public system, such as going to the hospital, the police station, etc. Contact us for more detailed information.
Does the building allow access to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we care for everyone. Our school premises are equipped with a wheelchair lift and a specially-equipped bathroom.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we do, so that you can share your highlights while in Murcia.
Where are the classrooms located?
All our classrooms are located in the same building.
Do you have a library?
Yes, we have a library with a huge variety of books. You’ll love it.
Can I use your photocopier?
No, sorry. It is only for administrative use, but there is a public photocopier right in front of the school.
Is there a vending machine?
No, but you can buy whatever you need down the little shop next to the school.
Do you provide a pick-up service?

Can the school help me get my visa?
Yes, we can give you some information and a registration certificate. We always suggest you contact your nearest consulate for accurate details.
Do I have to pay full fees when I book my course?
You can pay it all or you can make a €200 deposit which will be deducted from the full fee.
Do I have to pay an inscription fee?
Yes, it’s just €39 to be paid once in a lifetime.

Of course! Most of them are free! We have a wide range to choose from.

Where are your flats located?
Most of them are located in the city centre.
Who will I share the flat with?
Your flatmates might be students, workers, family members, boys only, girls only… It’s up to you!
What are flats’ price ranges?
Prices go from €150 to €300 (€225 on average).
Who do I have to pay my monthly rent?
You must pay directly to the flat’s owner.
Are bed sheets and towels included?
Most of the time.
Is there any wi-fi connection?
Most of the flats do.
Will I get to know my flatmates?
We can’t give you flatmates’ personal data – only some basic information.

How much does it cost?
Half board single room €40 per night. Full board single room €40. Half board twin room €37 per person. Full board twin room €43. Twin room option is only available if students come together. You can pay here.

Full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half board includes breakfast and dinner.
When will I get my host family details?
A short time before your arrival.
Can I choose my host family?
Sure! We’ll help you find the family that best suits your needs.
Where are they located?
Most of them are less than a 25 minute walk from the school.
Will it be a problem if I have a specific diet or any allergies?
It’s important for you to let us know in advance.
Can I use the kitchen?
Not in principle, but you can ask your host family.

Yes, so that you feel free to get in or out.
